Crash Kills 42-Year-Old In Fairfield County

Police are investigating a crash that killed a 42-year-old in Fairfield County.

The crash, between a Suzuki GSR motorcycle and a Toyota Camry, took place around midnight on Sunday, Aug. 22 on Stratford Avenue and East Main Street in Bridgeport.

According to Capt. Steven Lougal of the Bridgeport Police, a Suzuki GSR motorcycle collided with a Toyota Camry, causing serve injuries to the motorcyclist, Donald Fountain, who died from his injuries.

The Camry's driver suffered minor injuries.

An investigation is underway.
